IF PLACE AN ORDER TODAY, WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE IT

All our products are custom-made and production times vary by product. On average production ranges from 2-10 business days. Since all our products are custom-made, we cannot guarantee an exact ship date, however, we do provide you with an estimated ship date, for each product, based on current production times. Your order normally starts production the following business day after the order is submitted. Current estimated ship dates can be found on every product on our website and will also be listed by line item on your order confirmation. Once your order has shipped, allow an additional 1-5 business days until delivery. A shipping confirmation will be sent to your email address notifying you of what has shipped and include tracking information on that product as well. Most orders are delivered within 1 – 2 1/2 weeks after the order is placed.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please contact us. We do not accept credit cards from foreign banks or PayPal. Additionally, we offer financing options powered by Affirm, subject to eligibility. Please visit affirm.com/help for more info.
 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY TAX ON MY ORDER

  • Why is Blindster collecting sales tax now when you have not collected on my orders in the past?: New tax laws now require us to charge sales tax in some states.
  • Am I required to do anything new or different as a result?: No, everything sales tax-related is automatically captured, and Blindster remits your sales tax to the appropriate states.
  • I am a tax-exempt business/organization/entity. Do I need to provide a tax-exempt certificate?: Yes, your state (exceptions are Missouri, Rhode Island, and District of Columbia) requires a tax-exempt certificate. Please send us a copy.

IF I PAY FOR MY ORDER WITH CREDIT CARD, WHEN WILL MY CARD BE CHARGED

Your credit card will be charged at the time you submit your order. All our products are custom-made to your order specifications, so we require payment in full before production of your order begins.

DO YOU SHIP ORDERS TO HAWAII, ALASKA OR INTERNATIONALLY

No. We ship only to the 48 contiguous states of the U.S.

WILL YOU NOTIFY ME WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS

Yes. You will receive an email notification the day after your order ships along with the tracking information and an estimated delivery date for your order. You should expect to receive multiple shipping notifications if more than one type of product was ordered

CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ARTER IT IS PLACED

Production of your order usually starts the first business day after we receive it. We must be notified within one business day from the time your order is placed to cancel or make any changes.

WILL I GET AN ORDER CONFIRMATION

When you place your order online, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by email. This email can sometimes arrive in your junk/spam folder. We do advise that you check your junk/spam folder first before calling in to get the email resent or before trying to place another order.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING MY ORDER

Shipping is free unless your order contains an oversized item. Horizontal blinds and shades 94″ in width or greater, vertical blinds 94″ in width or height and greater, and all shutter orders are charged a flat $85 oversize freight fee per order. Oversize freight fees are non-refundable. This fee is a one-time charge per order meaning if your order contains several oversized items or multiple shutters, you will pay the fee only once.

IF I PLACE A SWATCH ORDER WILL I LOSE THE SPECIAL DISCOUNT BECAUSE IT WILL EXPIRE

We do ask that you place at least one item in the cart and call in for a rep to place the order on hold. This is how you can secure the promotional discount. We do not guarantee that a swatch order will lock in your discount.
